Rodolfo Canon is a highly experienced real estate agent and developer in Denver, CO. He is the owner of Canon Property Group at Buell & Company.

Rodolfo has completed over 250 transactions since 2006. In the last three years, his development work has produced over $60 million in sales for his investor groups.   In his 12 years in real estate, he has managed the acquisition and disposition processes for homeowners and investors in the Residential, Multi-family, Industrial, Office, Retail and Land sectors.

His background as an investor and developer includes over 120 multifamily townhome and condo units built in the last six years. Three more projects are in the pipeline for 2018-2019 that include a 19-unit town home project and 36 and 30 unit condo projects in Denver and Lakewood.

Michael Canon

Michael Canon has had a successful 30-career in executive management of logistics companies, mega real estate development projects, private real estate development and consulting. He has worked and lived in eight countries including the US, Brazil, Spain, Colombia, Venezuela, Argentina, the UAE, and Russia. 

In all of the countries in Latin America he started the operations of DHL which required the management of multiple real estate sites for bonded airport operations, warehousing, customer service facilities and executive offices. 

In the US, he led the operations of a private real estate development company that bought, developed and sold over 5,000 acres of land in the state of New Hampshire in three years. 

In the UAE he was Chief Commercial Officer of Dubai World Central (today known as Dubai South), Dubai’s 140 square kilometer Aerotropolis development around the new Al Maktoum International Airport, which will be the world’s largest when completed. DWC has 300,000 square feet of office space, logistics operation spaces, bonded warehouses, residential developments, entertainment complexes, hotels, food and beverage sites, and the supporting infrastructure and services. In the first six months of operations he and his team brought in $100 million in foreign direct investment from China, Singapore, the US, Germany, and Japan. 

At Moscow Domodedovo Airport he was an adviser to the top management team on the development of its 40,000-acre Aerotropolis where he authored their request for quote for a comprehensive Aerotropolis master plan, brought in foreign direct investment for parking garages, hotels, office buildings, Domodedovo Logistics Village, and retail. 

Michael has been a frequent speaker at conferences in Brazil, England, the US, Belgium, China, South Africa, Singapore, and Malaysia. He has advised airports in the US, China, South Africa, Namibia, Kenya, Iran, Iraq, Qatar, and Latvia on the attraction of foreign direct investment through the operational development of seamless multimodal logistics platforms.

He has authored articles on Aerotropolis development, multimodal logistics platforms, global customs operations, the Universal Postal Union, Brazil’s economic development, and biologics logistics operations.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts and Doctor of Jurisprudence degrees from the University of Tennessee and a Master of Business Administration from the Thunderbird School of Global management.
